Reimagining Education provides an EDI lead to help your school in promoting a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion. Through partnership, we assist in creating, reviewing and implementing policies, programs, and initiatives to ensure all students, staff, and stakeholders feel valued, respected, and included.
Packages
Through our three tier packages, there is a level for all schools to have their own EDI lead taking a holistic lens, helping to create a more inclusive future for their communities.
Bronze
- 0.5 Day INSET session*
- Audit and assessment of organisational processes and practices through an EDI lens.
- Staff and student surveys accompanied by EDI action plan
- Support with staff EDI committee
- Impact reporting to Governing Body (x1)*
- School-wide assemblies for designated EDI themes (x1)*
- Reviewing statutory school policies through an EDI lens with recommendations and action plan.
Silver
All of Bronze Package included plus:
- 1 Day INSET Session
- Senior Leadership 1 hour Training Session (x3)
- Review recruitment process and facilitate positioning to attract a wider range of diverse talent
- Reviewing of school progression system and support with the development of diverse talent
- Support with using EDI data to inform decision making
- School-wide assemblies for designated EDI themes (x3)
- Support with access to External Engagement events for pupils and speakers for internal sessions
Gold
All of Silver Package includes plus:
- 1.5 Day INSET Session
- Middle Leadership 1 hour Training Session (x3)
- Governors EDI 1 hour training session (x1)
- Collaborate with stakeholders on the design, development, delivery and evaluation of a programme for staff, including middle leaders, in relation to EDI.
- School-wide assemblies for designated EDI themes (x6)
- EDI observer at FGB Meeting (x1)
*these aspects have higher frequencies within the Silver and Gold plans and are not cumulative.
