Krystian McInnis is an education consultant and advisor with extensive experience in the public and private sector. With a career spanning the UK, Denmark and New Zealand, alongside having studied in part in China, Krystian brings with him an abundance of knowledge of curriculum design, school culture and teaching and learning globally.

Krystian is dedicated to helping all students achieve their full potential, regardless of their starting point, driven by his unwavering belief that 'Every Child Can.'

Vanessa Burton is a chartered civil engineer with extensive EDI experience, having led employee network groups in the private sector. With a career spanning the UK and New Zealand, working on projects and with teams internationally, Vanessa is passionate about education and firmly believes in the importance of continuous learning and self-improvement.

Vanessa believes that everyone possesses a unique gift and embraces the philosophy of "Ikigai," which emphasises sharing one's talents with the world. Vanessa wholeheartedly believes, given the right environment, all children can reach their full potential and pursue their dreams. This belief is central to her mission at Reimagining Education.
